Financial Manager Job Opening
One of the major consulting services companies in Jordan has a job opening for a Financial Manager as below. The Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing and evaluating profit and loss and cash flow statements and responsible for providing financial advice and support. The Finance Manager will also have major tasks dealing with the management across the company.
Job Description and Requirements The responsibilities as below but not limited including: Supervise the financial department and provide the appropriate atmosphere in which to operate, and to direct department heads, officials and employees to ensure their duties efficiently. Develop plans and programs necessary to achieve the objectives of the department and coordinate its work with departments and other departments in the company. Handle and monitor all financial budgeting activities. Development of financial systems and controls necessary to verify the company's financial performance. Develop relationships with banks in order to get the best facilities and interest on the deposits of the company. Financial reporting and budgeting and cost accounting on a regular basis (monthly) and submitted to the Director General and Board of Directors. Supervise the preparation and adoption of the balances, monthly statements. Preparation of the annual balance sheet and the data associated with them. Cooperation with the external auditor, and to supply all data and information to accomplish the company's budget on time each year. Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field The ability to analysis / decision-making The ability to persuade and motivate others Analytical thinking. The ability to control, planning / organize. Negotiation skills English language proficiency. Ability to use computer programs of financial and logistical.
